RAPID PROTOTYPING (3D PRINTING) WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

3D printing or Additive Manufacturing is the construction of a physical 3D prototype from a CAD file or a
digital 3D model. 3DP is immensely useful in the hardware development process to build complex,
functional prototypes extremely quickly, and is now a critical technology in our ecosystem.

We offer prototyping services to Partners across several Additive Technologies: MJF (Multi Jet Fusion),
FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLA (Stereolithography), DMLS
(Direct Metal Laser Sintering) & DLP (Digital Light Process). We also retail FDM 3D Printers which can print
parts upto 1000 cm3.

In effect, we build industrial-grade prototypes across all key materials: ABS, PLA, Nylon (PA12, PA11, PA12
glass-filled), Composites (from Stainless Steel to Superalloys), Onyx, Kevlar, PETG, Fiberglass / HSHT,
Carbon Fibre, Metals
(17-4 PH & 316L Stainless Steels, H13, D2 & A2 Tool Steels, Nickel Alloys, Copper,
Titanium Ti6Al4V, Cobalt Chrome, M300 Bronze etc), Resins and even exotic materials such as Porcelain,
Earthenware, Gres, Refractory materials, Clays, Ceramics, Bio Inks, Gels, and many more.

We can even produce brilliant, full-colour functional parts while maintaining optimal mechanical
properties in engineering grade thermoplastics.

EMBEDDED ELECTRONICS

Our latest addition to the portfolio is the design & development of Embedded Electronic systems for complex applications such as BLDC, IOT devices and more. We specialise in multi-layered and dense SMT-integrated boards & circuits. Our embedded products are designed, manufactured, assembled and tested completely in India.
